I might be wrong but I lowk have a theory. In a human body the brain and heart think separately they work well together but over all make their own decisions, it could be that Henry(OG) truly loved the mc but his brain/head was telling him to think logically. Cause be sensible would you chose a nerd with no social life and is lowk creepy, or have a harem with everyone you can want, make sense?
