It might just be a coincidence. Like, there were cows in the farm as well when little A was a kid, same for hens. But K and the 2 cow people (the dad and his son) were humans before. According to the lore explained in earlier chapters, all the hybrids used to be human and then they got this mutation. No real animal was mutsted, as far as we know. I think that real dog was misleading, and maybe uncle A got attached to this dog person because he reminded him of his dog, since they have both black fur. But Fluffy is still a man hybrid, like K and the cow man.
About that monster thing attached to the doctor...jaysus, that's really too freaky and I hope we don't get to witness anymore tentacle p0rn again D:
1. What is up with fluffy? Was he actually human before or a dog because what the actual fawk was that scene with that It shouldn't affect hybrids privates to look exactly like the damn animal itself! It only changes like in K's case, it's adds another genitalia, but not the LOOK itself
