But because this is unreality, the MC reacting to the ML's groping and not fighting back with full force will be framed by the narrative as "dubious consent", especially if the scene ends in the MC returning the ML's actions

It's so the audience can compartmentalize their outrage at the immorality of the actual situation
And get off to the taboo aspect of it instead
