Their relationship problem is because of their different needs and never communicating or meeting halfway for one another. Ig Ian can be considered both selfish and selfless for picking his feelings for TJ over himself for 20 years. Ian let TJ walk over him and TJ knew what Ian wanted but he never truly wanted to let go of Ian and has done stuff that ended up hurting Ian psychically and mentally just so he can prolong their Situationship.

Their relationship is rather complex and I would go as far to say it's realistic? I love Ian more than I do TJ so maybe I'm a bit baised but if you really want to compare who did more harm to who than TJ clearly did more so it's just rubs me the wrong way when they blame and try to hold Ian to a higher standard from the two tops.

And we get TJ history and his character and how he feels as well but at the same time it doesn't really changed much or completely ruled out the fact that he is selfish but it just showed his character and perspective on a little deeper level. So the people criticizing him for being selfish is right and the people who point out that Ian also contribute in enabling TJ is also right. I just want people to stop blaming one person or I'll try to hear them out but then I see their replies with their full baised on display.

I don't hate TJ. I hope he will still be able to live happily and maybe learn self worth also lol and I want Ian to be happy no matter what and I also love Jo. People keep saying he is stupid and all that which is a little crazy. Put him in a non love triangle and I'm sure people will say the fact that he willing to ruined his whole life for a mc is romantic.
