If and only if there was no romance especially not with the kids she raised[p.s Alan the redhead would have been a perfect ml though], if the art didn't become shit, if it was yuri and she got together with the hot doctor, if she only had her original goal in mind which is death, if she truly died and if she never actually regained her "emotions" but hey do not let my comment sway you.
