It’s more like the opposite, he feels that way because Raha herself despises him. Unfortunately, he does indeed desire her, hence his apparent jealousy at Shane. More so now, he’s even actively trying to bed her and having a child together and what not. Very creepy and gross.
That's not how the eye works, it's a defense. So either way he feels that way because he means her harm basically. Unfortunately yeah it's looking like it's clear now he wants to do a lot worse than kill her （/TДT)/
So he couldn't hold her hand comfortably... If the eyes protected her, then was he feeling like he would die because he wanted to kill her so badly?? I think he doesn't desire her he just hates her with an obsession.
