you guys don't realise at all what this story was about. The cat wasn't a cat. She just thought she was because she had mental health problems and was stubborn. FL loved her so she decided to help cat girl but after years and years of disappointments and stress she couldn't anymore. FL wanted the girl to be well but also wanted her own time and own live back again so she brought the girl to a mental facility. It was not the same day after they had sex. Arguably, it can be speculated about it but there were many time skips in the story and I think between the flyer and the FL taking the girl to a mental hospital we're some days in-between. FL moved on with her live. She couldn't deal with the problems the "cat" had left her with and meet a new person. While "cat" tried to leave the mental hospital but didn't have any way to care for herself. As such she died remembering in her last moments what the beginning of the relationship was and regretting her stubbornness and ignorance. This story highlights the struggles of both women. One feel in love with a musician that developed a mental disorder and couldn't have the heart do let the past of their relationship go until she was almost at the brink of insolvency/mental exhaustion. The FL was the only income of the house and even had stress from friends/family about her lover. And on top of that her lover was stubborn. They could not understand the situation and how much the money they could have gotten from her lovers stuff was needed (exp.: piano). While not even being able to take care of herself since her lover and work needed all the attention she could have had. On the other hand, the narrator has had dreams about her music and hopes. She seems to be a rather small artist before her "cat" turning and after she convinced herself she couldn't play anymore since she was a "cat" she did not bring any income to the house. Nor was she able to cook for herself or help in the house since "cats" could not do that. I don't blame the person because metal disorders are horrible. They cloud ones brain and bring out sides that may not even represent the person. But they both knew it couldn't go on like that. They both knew what was eventually going to happen. And both waited till the last moment to go apart. One couldn't accept their mind being wrong and them not being who they are and the other did not want to go back to the place they had been before deciding to end it. There was never a cat. There was never a big evil. This was just two people in a tragic story in which they couldn't get over their feelings to end their relationship in time and well being. The author really does love a tragic story..
