And K knows he used violence to cope with the abuse and sadness he couldn't cry about. He looked at his clenched hand. He knew.

That's toxic masculinity, incorrectly seeing that only stoicness and violence is masculine when crying and having empathy for others IS masculinity but denying it as only being feminine and thus only women are allowed to show such emotions.

Boys and men need the full spectrum of their emotions or they only live half lives with rage always boiling under and not knowing why.

K needs therapy. You can't depend on your partner to be your emotional bank.

Because...if something happens to Fabian...K might lose his damn mind.

You can start to see it. K is falling for Fabian...but he doesn't understand those emotions.

Thus he won't be able to properly process his worry and fear when it comes to Fabian.

He already lost one partner, Fabian getting hurt might break K.
