Also he collapsed on the stairs after he got home from his fight most likely because of his medical condition (hes been to the doctors office before and was told to quit boxing or getting more hits to the head or else he will experience brain damage)
basically this chapter was about how Incheol has been slowly but surely growing on Boxer man. And because of Incheol's 'interference' in his life, Boxer man has not been able to find as much pleasure in boxing or hookups as he did before Incheol happened. He's getting addicted to Incheol and this chapter was him resenting the fact and being in denial of the truth that he might actually find this fancy suit guy (who is at the beck and call of his boss running around doing their bidding) a bit intriguing...all of this ruminating while his chronic boxing induced brain damage continues to push him closer to death.

For example one such instance was when Boxer guy jerked off using Incheol's coat right after he just had a hookup. Cause it didn't satisfy his desires.
