I don't know if you're familiar with this, but there are these BL remakes on TikTok/Instagram where the top is huge (she has absurdly large shoulders and long legs), the bottom is tiny (she has huge eyes and a mouth) – and the graphics are so "smooth" I can't quite find a word for that. Most of them are parodies.
And judging by the cover, I thought it was the kind of "artwork" what is this kind of joke about.
