She is the sniper woman who works with Crack (Jang Jinwon). Jang Jinwon is the cousin of Father, who kidnapped Doc back in season 2 and took him to a club where we met sniper woman the first time. At the club there were people there held down Doc and did things to him, but then MJ showed up setting the entire place and people on fire. Hopefully this helps.
