Where are people getting the fluffy was originally a dog? What chapter?

Chapter 12. We can see young A running around in the farm and Fluffy is very much a dog

It is not confirmed that Fluffy is the dog from Little A’s childhood but people think there might be a connection- we wont know until the author tells more about fluffy’s backstory
