So things are getting more interesting! I appreciate the princess' logic and her seeing that there is a cycle of hatred that needs to be broken. I freaking HATE her mom seeing her ruined my mood. Now Raoul not being able to revive the people on the island makes sense because he's the god of hell not of the afterlife/heaven which those souls would probably qualify to go to. Lastly I don't think Raoul is struggling against the king but more like he sees a shiny new toy or maybe the gods implanted something in the king that Raoul sees. Like a self destruct button since he's being tasked to kill a god (Raoul).
