The brothers thing: The black haired guy (Sahyeon) that was with Heon (brown-sandy hair) apparently was cursed, if he reached the age of 30, the curse would come true - I guess the curse is that the black serpent would take hold of his body.
Sahyeon's father thought that by taking/having another boy in his family, that he could name that other boy Sahyeon once the real Sahyeon turned 30, and that way the curse would go to that other boy and not his son.
Apparently Sahyeon turned 30 and nothing happened, so everyone thought the curse was broken, but like the servant said, years after he turned 30, Sahyeon started having those weird seizures and that's when the curse became real. The black serpent probably took a hold of him, he killed his little brother as shown in the memories, and now is free.
BUT, his little brother apparently re-encarnated in another boy's body and is looking for Heon to let him know about Sahyeon.
That's my understanding so far.

Yup my theory on that is that Heon and the Sahyeon had a thing already, but Sahyeon turned into the Black Serpent and Heon probably had to get away from that, but I’m not so sure lol
I HAVE QUESTION GUYS PLEASE : Okey so first, I missed my sassy baeksa. He’s so unintentionally funny. Also I missed hong so much.
And I wanted to say that i dont understand how people can’t see that baeksa DOES have feelings ?! Because yes he’s not human and everything but the only fact that he can express anger, jealousy, pettiness and concern (for hong for exemple) literally shows that he can have feelings and he is not that bad. Like he just want to live quietly before ascending why everyone wants to kill him for ?! Lmao.
Also the other Demi drake is related to baeksa like a part of his soul or is he another person ? I also don’t get all the plot concerning the two brothers so can someone explain me ??
Finally I know people will start hating on muyeon stepfather father because he hated muyeon but I want people to understand that this man was a VICTIM. Victims tend to not think sanely, he just wanted to be loved by the woman he loved and be normal but he was forced to sell his body and be humiliated and belittled his ENTIRE life. He is a victim that only knew suffering and shame so keep that in mind. Okey he didn’t like muyeon but he had the decency to NOT shows it to the kid and still be polite with him, his head is missed up because his entire existence is, yeewa deserve peace
