Help me find thiss manwha !!

I was reading this manhwa yesterday but all my tabs got deleted (fck me) and I can’t find it anymore.
So this is what I remember about it:

The story is a recent Korean BL (not explicit I think) manhwa set in a high school. It begins with a new student, Ban (I don't remember the name but Ban is the surname), who appears to be a delinquent but is actually not. On his first day, he is caught smoking by the class representative (or student council member), who is strict, studious, and popular. Ban doesn’t have his name on his uniform multiple times, which leads to him being punished.

While Ban is absent from school for a few days (I think), another student harasses the class representative (throws a brick at him),
and everybody thinks that it was Ban who did it.
