No, if somebody showed up at the same place as me, I would think it’s a coincidence, because I'm not a self centered asshole. Even if it happened several times, I would just strike up a conversation instead of saying they’re obsessed with me. Also you if you were objective you would notice that MC has been very uncomfortable with ML's overly intimate actions in public places in earlier chapters, but you didn’t see him whining like ML.
