Not sure about labels since the characters dont mention anything. But Yoshiki DOES Romantically like the OG Hikaru. However, while love in general is a big driving force of the narrative, "romantic" love isn't really discussed much by the characters. All that to say that the shounen ai tag may be misleading to some.
