Esper is a human with superpower abilities. Whenever an esper uses their superpower, they're going to get tired, some even have side certain side effects from their power, their health and mental states get unstable, etc. A Guide's job is to stabilize an esper's condition. Light guiding is sometimes through touching like holding hands, hugging, and so on. Heavier guiding sometimes involve kissing and sex.
Espers and guides sometimes need to get matched for their compatibility since it affects their guiding experience. Higher compatibility equals better guiding.
