That's a good point. K did say the hospitals were shady.
That's what im thinking it must've been a trial drug especially if the son was already turning in the hospital. && his father could've possibly volunteered to help save his son by testing the drug or maybe they put it in the food & drinks. Because now he isn't suffering anymore so my guess is the drug works but it also effects the genes to where they turn into animals.Maybe because they're using animal DNA since some animals immune systems are stronger or the drug just created a mutant gene
Where they experimenting on terminal ill patients? Or maybe drug trials on patients and volunteers because everything keeps looping back to that hospital.
