Kinda curious.... if there were originally 5 sentient players (who some turned themselves into NPCs to end their suffering), what happens when one player completes the ending? Do all players return to their original world?
What happens to them when they're NPCs?? Is that equivalent to them quitting and resuming the game?
Or is this universe twisted enough to mean that if they give up and become an NPC without reaching the game's end, they'll cease being a player in game and die irl?
And more importantly... Why can none of them remember who they were before being a player? Does Doha not have a life, family, and friends outside the game he wishes to return to??!!??
This manhwa is more scary in the sense that it's unknown what happens to the players' consciousness and real selves when they become npc...
