Help

This is a bl manga I've read a long time ago. He have a boyfriend, then one day, his boyfriend's family want him (the bf) to get married, he was sad, he adopted a stray cat, then the cat's missing, he and his bf found it tgt, then his bf told him that he reject the marriage proposal, happy ending, it's a short one bcs the manga have multiple stories in it. I want to read it again but I can't seem to remember anything other than the plot. Helppp.
