I feel bad for heart he just wanted to noticed too.. he don't need a 24/7 attention of victor coz he really understand that he was not the only one they were 3 lovers.. but for victor head is only one that he's lover.. well I can't blame heart if he's giving victor a cold treatment and even victor already realized that heart change he didn't even try to do to fix the gap between them..
