THIS! As someone who cannot stop myself from saying “no”, you just need to have a safe word. You can’t be expecting someone to tell the difference between “oh god no right there” and “please actually stop” if one is “noo” and the other is “noo..”
If you're going to play it fast and loose with saying no then you can't get upset when people don't listen when you say no.
What I mean is you can't always say "oh no, teehee, it's so good, stop teehee" as a part of your normal sex and then also get mad when the person you have sex with regularly can't tell the difference between your playful sexy no and your real no.
Don't cry wolf. The lesson is to not cry wolf.
