But screw it right? There is no defending this, Haru is a horrible person for doing this to her sister. I don't see ant reasoning to this whatsoever. Love makes you do crazy things, but in the end it does not justify or make anything she did okay. Basically telling your sister, who was already wasting her life by devoting herself to you mind you, that she can go to hell along with you as long as the man you love is happy is heartbreaking, especially to one who loved you wholeheartedly. I mean yes, Natsumi was eerily dependant and down right obsessed with her sister, but not to the point of causing harm to Haru in anyway. If Haru were to ask her to jump she would say how high. A sister like that is priceless even if a tadbit creepy (which she wasn't in this case, in my opinion anyway) and to push years of that aside for a man you only known for a few years tops is just sickening.
And wanting to make him happy is a bit contradictory if he finds happiness by being with Natsumi I think. In the end Haru wants him to be happy by himself with her in his thoughts which is down right selfish and just ... I can't even find the words. A sister who loves you and man who dealt with you only for marriage sake (never showed that he liked her), and I still don't see what she saw in him other than being pretty and a bit nice. But eh, whatever. I am done!
