maybe its not enough time for the cells to create a full fetus, or omega human and spiritual/god alpha got hard conception rates.

yeah, I’m thinking conception rate is low. I think at one point Mugo even thinks to himself that procreation between the two of them is impossible.

personally I don’t think it’s impossible, because like…what’s an alpha/omega story without cute babies :P
