I think he's in love with Henry but he knows Henry didn't love him back like that because he was sleeping around with other people.
That's why he's possessive about his head and dick because Henry was happy to sleep with him but not his heart because he thinks Henry didn't love him to begin with.
Im guessing this doc. only love Henry's face and not emotionally by hearth (are they in a relationship or Victor has crush on henry i can't remember) if Victor has crush on henry then what the h*ll he didn't event notice that henry's hearth love him all along and as heart pov i would be heart broken for real like you only love me because of my face
