I am not sure but I red it somewhere in the discussions that in thi story those who commit suicide is cursed by God to remember their past life in the first life Carcel and Ines were in love and married she died early due to poisioning and depression of miscarriages, but Oscar committed suicide in that life so in 2nd life he remembers everything and trick Ines I to marrying him that life Ines remember than she shot herself third life again she stabbed herself, in this life Oscar maybe started to remember like Carcel did in strange visions and dreams but all he could focus on was he wants Ines. According to author God wants everything right and this life is correct because Carcel and Ines belongs together.
The rules of the world that were explained in Bilbao governs triggers the timelines:
1. If a person dies outside their predestined death, they get a second chance to live. Under this rule, the only way the person keeps their memories of the previous timeline is if they made a wish for memories which Apostle Anastasio grants.
2. If a person commits suicide, they automatically regress 10 years with memories. Memories are given as a punishment for committing the sin of suicide.

Ines:
1st TL: died under rule 1 and did not make a wish for memories so she forgot that timeline. She’s only remembering now because the Apostle decided to help her by returning her forgotten memories.
2nd TL: committed suicide so she automatically regressed 10 years with memories.
3rd TL: committed suicide so she automatically regressed 10 years with memories.
Carcel:
1st TL: died under rule 1 and did not make a wish for memories so he forgot that life. He currently only knows he was Ines’s first husband because he remembers Oscar telling him this fact in the 2nd timeline when Ines was married to Oscar. He doesn’t have memories from the first timeline as yet. He will get a few in the main story and receive the FULL memory of the entire first timeline about two years from the current time.
2nd TL: died under rule 1 and did not make a wish for memories so he forgot that timeline. In Bilbao, he began to remember bits and pieces but he doesn’t have the full memory

Oscar:
1st TL: died under rule 1 AND made a wish for memories so he remembers the first timeline.

In short, Oscar remembers ALL timelines.
You forgot the painter guy remembers the 3rd timeline because he was killed and asked to remember that life. That’s how he had the gem and also talked to carcel about the timelines helping carcel remember some.
I didn’t include him because OP said he took the backseat. Also, only one single life applies to him unlike Ines, Carcel and Oscar who have three previous lives of memories in certain degrees of remembrance.
okay ines remembers most of her past life if not all off them except her first which she is aware of and not to the full extent. Now cárcel remember some of the past lives he has shared with her and Oscar was the 2nd to be aware of the the cycles and also Emilio. But Emilio took the back seat. So carcel realized what Oscar meant chapter back and piece why he was bullied in this life and past. Oscar found a glitch in the system and ran with it but because this time ines remembered he couldn’t obtain her so who the fuck did he manage to do that in the first place while Inés and carcel couldn’t. Ines according to her had a peaceful death and lived “long life” did she not realize she died regretting not having carcel by her death bed? Which I think started the loop? How is Oscar involved with their first life? Or did he glitched the system in all their 2nd lives? I have more questions about carcel but they just started he side of the “arch”. The only ones repeating the cycle consistently so far is ines, carcel and Oscar, it’s insinuating they their first life was the correct one but got driven off course towards the end.
