He does remember, its the reason he's been such an ass in the current and past 2 lives. I wont divulge too much but the glimpse Ines just got was from her actual first life, which she doesnt remember. She married Carcel in that one too, but then her brother did some stuff that pissed off the prince and when he died he wished to keep his memories and had continued to do so in every life since.
It's all well and good ..I can process everything but if the RED HEAD suddenly comes back remembering his past ... I might run my fist
