it was completed! the author initially planned for this to be a short story with only 9 chapters, but it got way more popular than they thought and a lot of readers requested a continuation, so they decided to continue it :)
wait, so are we expected to get more chapters or is it just this one little chapter?
somebody oughta get smacked because whats with the complete status? i read this thinking it'll be short but apparently its not ugh
