i was here first, i hate that prick for killing hell, i am NOT going to be guilt tripped by his story
I also didn't like the fact that deon orchestrated his death, but in his case, he's already gone insane. I mean who wouldn't when they believe their whole life that their family always thought of him as a burden, only to find out that that wasn't the case at all and that every suffering (war as a kid which left ptsd on him) was planned by the duke and indirectly the demon king and the emperor. Now that he doesnt even have his brother, he's taking revenge on everyone who destroyed his family. Now u'd say he should be taking revenge only on those who have harmed him and his family, but he's targeting the ones who r gonna be in his way. I'm sure the demons would try to protect their king. And, as much as i really liked him, i get y deon did it and i can't hate him for it. The world has made him into a villain and the story we're reading is how he gets his revenge. Ik this ends in tragedy in all ways and u shouldn't expect any happy endings with any characters, even with deon himself.
6/7 also if you dislike the mc then are you gonna drop it? Cause you might as well, this whole thing is going to be in his pov and no one is really here to read someone complaining abt the main character that you willing chose to read in the comment section yk? We are already so deep into this and it’s going to be longer too.
