Yep it's finished, I read it not too long ago. Quick read, pretty run of the mill obsessive ML with meek MC. You've seen it a thousand times already. It could have done with a bit more character development and/or angsty storyline.
Novel is available on tappy toon. I think it's only like 16 chapters, do it's probably just a short story. I believe it to be finished.
