it's like you ate something wrong/bad, but the way it hurts/aches is a bit different i cannot really explain it lol. your stomach will also rumble for a while (day or two) due to the gases being pushed/trapped in, so you'll fart a lot. but even if do it raw or nah, i think it's normal that it'll hurt afterwards (being pounded and everything). oh and it's possible to experience diarrhea (choose the correct lube).
ps. thinking about it, i think it's more uncomfy than painful. i hope it's understandable, english isn't my first language :)

i think the effects varies. and your insides can get bruised (from what i've read) which is scary af. micro-tears is also possible, and muscle strains. that's why, always practice safe sex lolol.
