I have been looking for a story kind of like this like I’ve always had it in the back of my mind I absurdly dislike reverse harem throat as well as the actual hair trope. It’s just not my thing even very loosely sometimes I just do not enjoy it. I don’t like them I do like the out of nowhere as a plot point. You have a weird potential of triangle, but it never turns out to be anything. Those are fun for a very short like part of the book.
What happens when the FL of a book pics only one person and everybody else isn’t just oddly OK with it and happy and still fretting over her like brainless zombies like they actually have self-respect is characters and they actually have an individual character. She like that’s my thing. I love that and I love seeing this perspective. I like it quite a lot. It’s like a very quick glimpse into what happens and what is happening through the lens of a completely different MC with an extremely interesting story that actually focuses on what it says it’s
gonna do and not just leave the romance and depends on a different character to bail you out of everything all the time, but actually has in luck with very simple things which I really like I hope this store continues to be that interesting in their romance discontinue slowly developing overtime. I don’t really like the Duke very much. I don’t even I feel like they could’ve worked better by giving that pressure for them to want that relationship and take that step forward because the Duke is technically there just for a plot device that is there for
nothing else I wish that he would come later on into like how he’s getting over it how everything is progressing for him and like they’re a little bit of the reason why he is able to move on when he sees them together. I genuinely think that’s OK. The merchant is completely fine. In my opinion. He’s just a merchant he failed. He probably did admire her. We knew that he could never be with her because he doesn’t have a title. He is not a noble and it’s very interesting because there is a lot into him that we could go into and I’d like that.
