I can tell that Chaepali is a novel author by their style of writing and storytelling. I know they have multiple novel titles, and even though Swapping isn't based on a novel, I can tell that novels are Chaepali's typical format of choice. Some aspects of the story seemed rushed or bogged down by sudden info-dumping, which made me feel like the story was awkwardly made to fit into a manhwa format. That being said, it was an enjoyable and engaging read, although I needed to take notes to keep the plot straight in my head. Overall a unique BL story that stands out in my mind from others in the genre.
