I think it’s supposed to be Tsukasa, because he was found guilty for messing up the timeline—therefore, he now spends his life serving the time keepers. Plus, in the past, Sakura has described him to be a “cat-like” boy. And also based off the way his pupils and irises are drawn, it’s similar to Tsukasa’s… though they’re not EXACTLY the same? But I don’t think the artist would overlook that after all their efforts to differentiate the eyes between all their characters…
