so basically all I remember of this manhwa/hua was that a girl was a doctor (historically) in her past life but then got reincarnated into the modern world as a sickly girl with long black hair and had and evil family that consisted of a stepmom, a stepsister, and her father. And the ml was obviously super rich and he has this sickness and it only calms down when she’s next to him or something. The first scene with them together was when The fl lead was running from these two assassins that her mom sent to kill her, which made her run into the mls car, not knowing, and he was having some sort of heart attack.
