The C section is addressed later, but Chase is/was a virgin before Josh, and he didn't have much of a sex ed due to his trauma about Dominant Alphas and ruts. Basically, prior to Josh, he avoided anything related to sex. The whole "beta getting wet" is also addressed by Josh later (and this is how Josh finds out he is Chase's first ever partner).
