....We are talking about fictional characters you know. The creator even said that Sakura wasn't really developed much as a character because he wasn't really going to use her for much which ended up changing. She is head over heels for Sasuke and accepts his flaws and qwirks. She was about to even let him kill her if it could help him. She is fine and so is Sasuke. She knows him and what he is having to do. Since they went through the trouble of having a kid and hae did show Sakura affection in his own way and she knows he loves her. Just because he isn't straight forward like Naruto and the others doesn't mean he doesn't love her. He shows his affection through teasing and making sure Sakura and Sarada are safe.
