Not confirmed but all clues so far point that He is zeus. his power of lightning control, his homeland being other side of oceans aka Greece, the annoying sister he mentioned (hera his bossy jealous wife ). The mention of his suffering siblings n lastly him calling himself king of gods (biggest zeus giveaway hint). Apart from that his rapist personality is also another dead giveaway n trying to force seth into eromenos /erastes relationship
The eromenos erastes part is a bad comparison because Seth (bottom) is very much older than him and more experienced in the world. But zeus is known for having male lovers in general so yea
Yes in historical context erastes is suppose to be someone whos younger but in this series its how i interpreted zeus pov towards seth. Seth has youthful features and boyish looks. Zeus keeps raping him despite him not liking it (irl erastes are also not suppose to enjoy sexual favours rhat they give to their eromenos) and zeus never once saw seth as his equal or senior. He saw him as a slave exotic trophy war spoil he could take anytime and in social standing wise the one bottoming always held inferior status to the one topping. Yeah eromenos erastes is a bad comparison but sorry I couldn't word it better.
So I know this dude is from Greek mythology right ? But what god is he ? Judging by what he just said and his love for beauty regardless of the gender I’d say he’s Zeus but is that confirmed anywhere ?
