There are layers to this that need to be acknowledged. What Horus did was wrong plain and simple. Even as someone who supports him, I’m not making excuses for that. He should’ve been honest. But do I blame him? Not really. I don’t know anyone who could have the emotional maturity to help someone they’ve loved for years and years get back with their ex especially when that person has been giving mixed signals that an ACTUAL relationship might be developing between them. Which is another thing that’s been bothering me too. Seth has been going along with Horus’s advances without ever defining their relationship. He went as far getting jealous in more than one occasion and even told Horus to properly end things with Hathor but still never clearly expressed his feelings or made any effort to define what they were. Then now, bone sesh, the moment Seth hears Nephthys still loves him, he completely forgets about Horus.
