i find it interesting how his true feelings came out when he was about to be exposed, not only was he upset by the idea of his life being ruined by someone other than the demon, he was specifically extremely mad that it was a woman. this whole story so far he has hidden behind the idea that he is not as bad as the demon bc he isnt the one actually doing the evil and he "feels bad" for the women theyve killed, but here we see he actually never has cared abt any of these women. he is just as misogynistic and i am really curious to see how he progresses as a character after that explicit proof of what he has desperately tried to deny.
