As far as I remember from the novel, this mark will be brought up in the future where chase will ask Josh what it is....and Josh will make up an excuse.....later on chace will find out the truth about this scar and hence find out that josh once gave birth....
I want also to point a surgery scar in the page i think 46-47 if anyone noticed
