But if Samyeong died, the emperor said he wouldn't be able to keep on living. So no... I doubt he'd fuck his corpse. He'd kill himself.

He ended up latching to the only person that showed him care, and he wanted to be one with that one person so much, that being inside him and feeling him was the closest he believed he could possibly get without killing them.
Previous chapters showed that he doesn’t mind getting killed if it’s by his hands. If mc somehow dies, he would still fuck his corpse, even to the point of maggots and complete decomposition.
He said it already, he didn’t expect his love, but would be delighted by it. This is a one sided obsession, with no cure.
