reading this feels like i’ve peeked into the mind of my own past (as someone who’s been cheated on): raw, vulnerable, raging, numbing, and painful. though it surely portrays the loss and betrayal, it delves deeper into the thought process of someone who has been betrayed and is finding a way to deal with the pain and “heal” in her own way. the monologues are beautifully written and the conversations between characters shows how each of them psychologically perceive love, companionship, attention, and friendship.
