I’m so confused at the c section… wouldn’t the bladder be in front of the male uterus??? Wouldn’t it be in the way in the event of a c section??

the bladder is retracted away from the uterus so the doctor can cut. i guess it is the same in omegaverse

With Omegaverse, the uterus is the same place anatomically like in females right?

    So the uterus placement is:
Before pregnancy: uterus sits low in the pelvis, hidden.
During pregnancy: uterus gradually rises into the abdomen, reaching the navel at ~20 weeks, then the rib cage by late pregnancy.

Josh c-section was Pfannenstiel incision = a horizontal, curved cut made just above the pubic hairline (along the bikini line). Reasons for choosing because it heals well, is less visible (hidden by underwear or bikini), and has lower risk of complications compared to a vertical incision.

So the uterus has enlarged and is now on the abdomen, so the bladder obstruction ain't a problem

additional to this wise comment. retracted gently from the upper part of uterus. carelessly retracting can cause damage to the walls of the urinary bladder. and that is a huge emergency surgical error

The scarier part is in other omegaverse. Omegas do give birth naturally.. which is like pretty much impossible with their narrow pelvis.. Cephalopelvic Disproportion is a common Obstetric problem since some women do have narrower pelvis which will affect the baby's labor

That’s what I thought too but the male bladder sits higher up and with an incision that low I for sure thought the bladder would be in the way regardless of uterine growth
