He is acting dumb because riling up Enzo is a bad idea. Remember in the beginning of chapter Enzo is chasing after Uno and him hanging on some suspension material???? This is just their past encounter. Uno is gonna uno Enzo soon and he will be on the run ╮(￣▽￣)╭
