Horus didnt rape him. He was the victim then. Seth was there to rape him but horus who was influenced by magic mirror's power was immobilized n forced to act despite his will. He didnt like that hates himself for that particular one time and never did it again. As for thoths words dont take him seriously. There's a hidden agenda behind him egging horus on to ascend.
