Look guys. The better his backstory is the more we understand why he acts the way he does. Its not supposed to make us change our minds if we dont want to. Its to add depth and make him a better character. This is so we can better compare and contast him to Ruby. Y'all saying "idk why the author added his backstory" isn't getting the bigger picture. Plus we all know if the author didnt flesh him people would be tweakin that he's a horribly written character and whatever else they wanna throw out.
I still dont like him even tho he's arguably one of the hottest characters in the story. (Like fuck why is he so fine) Even knowing why he did what he did doesn't excuse his dumb aahhh choices but I'm glad ik y'know?
