If you don't mind me asking what happens in the second life so they need to have another reincarnation???
2nd life is original aelock going back
3rd life is original klof going back
I think it's same person but different soul. Ig the god in this manhwa was like "you might be destined together but I'm not letting your souls meet again"

iirc the third life, is technically still the first but aeroc survives his last childbirth and is alive, and where both characters have to live with their consequences together and essentially heal, it's very bittersweet
I think this is just the extra what if for 1st life released by the author, if I remember correctly this is just a few chapters.
The 3rd life is where aelock doesn't remember & kloff remembers their past life, and kloff goes back in time. This consist 1 volume if I remember correctly
