How is it stupid to say "he’s slowly becoming better" when we all came here waiting for that xD (knowing perfectly that's what is gonna happen). Nothing is romanticized, like I said we know he's going to be a better guy despite the bad things he did, this is supposed to be a love story after all, like the author said, the love is going to show itself slowly. I like it when all start bad and become good between protagonists. And we're not talking about shipping, they are meant to be together from start, it's LITERALLY their story.
Bro, I'm here for the drama, the toxicity, the taboo, it's clearly not for everyone. But I guarantee you this is a common trope and a basic yaoi story (one of the softest yaoi btw) and I dare you to read "Reverse Thinking" this is traumatic for me so I stopped reading, so do the same.

What the fuck are you saying? You’re romanticizing a rapist. One thing is someone being bad or mean like rivals or a bully (i guess a bully is tolerable for the sake of a redemption arc) but Jaekyung is a coercive abusive rapist. Nothing about this is redeemable. We read enemies to lovers to watch them slowly fall in love, this is just disgusting. Its disgusting that someone thunks like you too. Ugh.

1: most people who say it use it as an excuse to justify the ship!! It’s just also overall stupid to say when you consider the context in general.
2: saying “nothing is romanticized” is a complete lie WHILE you may not see it I have countless times which is why I made the statement in the first place, countless people romanticize their relationship or gloss over everything that happened before hand.
3: “this is supposed to be a love story after all” yeah one that’s build off of rape abuse & several other aspects that aren’t being handled properly in the slightest.
4: “their meant to be together from the start” okay?? That doesn’t change the fact that it’s a ship and people ship it
5: if your here for everything you listed okay cool unless your apart of the group I brought up then I don’t know why you felt the need to specify any of this.

man there's no point arguing with these dumbasses who's too stupid to understand what's wrong with this story, their relationship, and the characters. they will defend that horse looking mfer like he did nothing wrong and will give u justification of his actions based on his "redemption arc" which is his not so sad back story and a pity party

Brother, this is supposed to be a fiction, why the hell are you taking this SO seriously... Chiiiiiill, open your window, all of this isn't read, it's someones imagination, and people who read it have a life too, jobs, maybe kids coz ooohhhh we're adults, we're not discovering this genre, you do. So chill and go do your homework

LMAOOOO each comment of you gives me the right to ask myself this question you can't even answer :"the fk you're even doing here"? Just to shít on yaoi fans, what a boring life you have... Get one first tho... However, I'm interested about the "problematic" part how are yaoi fans problematic? Develop.
I really hate seeing people ship jaekyung & Kim Dan.
Seeing people get all happy about the fact that jaekyung is “trying his hardest” “he’s slowly becoming better” is just overall stupid. Yes I guess you can say he’s “changing” but that doesn’t change the fact, they’re whole entire relationships is literally just rapist + abuser x victim it’s literally something that shouldn’t be romanticized nor shipped but it is.
I hate when stuff like this gets pointed out people start saying “oh you just can’t handle toxic yoai/yuri” when what’s happening in the manwha isn’t anything remotely close to toxic Yoai or yuri.
Anyways that’s all, I don’t read jinx & haven’t for awhile nor do I plan on it, I dropped it after the first 5 chapters & based off of what I’ve seen with some of the recent chapters I’m not picking it up. I just wanted to express an opinion.
Edit: { PSI: I mainly see ppl on social media shipping them or babying their relationship I haven’t seen many on this platform anymore but they still exist. }
